This study took data from teachers and parents in the Central Java region, using the "Research and Development" method. Data were obtained through observations, questionnaires and in-depth interviews, structured and unstructured, with teachers and parents of students. The results of the study: 1) The factual model of smart parenting management shows that parents have paid enough attention to children's character education, as well as teachers. However, there is no good coordination between them.
