This study aims to evaluate the performance of scholarship recipients and grantors from the Amungme and Kamoro Community Development Foundation (AKCDF) in Central Java, as well as to explore the factors that influence their success or failure. The research method uses a blended method, namely descriptive and qualitative. Primary data sources with student informants scholarship recipients and scholarship providers, secondary data sourced from books, archive sources, personal documents and official documents. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the evaluation of the performance of AKCDF scholarship recipients show that learning achievement is still low, scholarships are received on time, there is a conformity between the provisions of the recipients with prerequisites and targets. Evaluation of the performance of scholarship providers shows that there are still AKCDF employees who do not meet the performance targets, the recipient's conformity with the specified prerequisites is good, the manager's efforts to achieve the expected performance are by setting performance targets. Factors influencing the success of the scholarship program are MOUs with partners that make it easier to pay tuition fees, and provide full student scholarships up to the stipulated time limit. Factors that cause failure are the amount of scholarships that are not sufficient to cover daily needs, other factors are the campus environment, society, parents as external factors. Internal factors in the form of motivation are reflected in the attitude that students cannot divide their study time with activities outside of class, and a sense of laziness, where student learning motivation leads to consistent attitudes and actions, the main factors in the success of education supported by scholarship programs.
