PENGARUH KUALITAS KERJA DAN DISIPLIN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI KECAMATAN KESESI KABUPATEN PEKALONGAN

Good human resource management will be able to improve employee performance in accordance with company expectations and goals. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance through work quality as an intervening variable in Kesesi District. The population in this study were all employees of Kesesi District, as many as 22 people. The number of samples is the entire population as many as 22 people with a saturated sample technique. Hypothesis testing is done by measuring the direct effect and indirect effect using Path Analysis.
The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between work discipline on employee performance, (2) There is a positive and significant influence between work discipline on work quality, (3) There is a positive and significant influence between work quality on employee performance, (4) the direct effect (work discipline on employee performance) is greater than the indirect effect (work discipline on employee performance through work quality).
