Implementation Of Policy For Tertiary Irrigation Network Rehabilitation (TINR) And Leadership Of Head Of Services On The Welfare Level Of Beneficient Farmers In Pekalongan Regency

Abstract

This research aims to analyze partially and simultaneously the effect of the Implementation of Tertiary Irrigation Network Rehabilitation Activities (RJIT) and the Leadership of the Head of Service on the Welfare Level of Beneficiary Farmers in Pekalongan Regency. The population in this study is Beneficiary Farmers in Pekalongan Regency, from the population a sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling , namely a sampling technique with certain considerations so that a total sample of 100 was obtained. The analytical model used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis test, it was found that 1) the implementation of the RJIT policy had a significant positive effect on the level of farmers' welfare, 2) the leadership of the Head of Service had a significant positive effect on the level of farmers' welfare, 3) the implementation of the RJIT policy and the leadership of the Head of the Service together had a significant effect on the level of welfare. farmer
